The boys read a letter about earthworm listening habits. After the weekly rhetoric of negativity, they play a round of Rather Wringers involving body odor, search histories and being funny in Mesa, Arizona. The show closes with Proving Grounds with headlines involving Italian anarchists, killer comedians and California Highway Patrol.
Episodes
Ep 220: Operation Epic Funny
Time for the Show returns! In this episode, the crew check in with each other before reaching into the mailbox and answer the first viewer mail of the year. Next, it’s a new name for an old bit: “Rhetoric of Negativity” where peas tells us about his desert jeepin’ traffic encounter. Fidd leads a new segment, “Time for the Teens” which leaves the others befuddled. Finally, the boys bust in to Proving Grounds with some bizarre headlines from across the world just before peas apologizes.
Ep 219: RPM Special
It’s REAL PEAS MOMENTS as Time for the Show takes over the rotating slot on Slack Radio. Closing out a quiet year for SHOW, Reverand peas [sic] takes the audience on a journey through the anals [sic] of time while Fidd Chewley and Doktor Faux discuss the importance of solidarity for the reproductive rights of the indigenous earthworm population. Hermaphrodites? I barely know them/they!
Ep 218: Juneteenth Spectacular
Fidd Chewley and Doktor Faux discuss what Uncle Remus stole from them on Juneteenth eve when radio legend Reverand peas shows up and cranks the show up to “four”. Guest hosts Rev. Big Cat and Rev. Negative!
Ep 215: Deep Space Whine
Doktor Faux hasn’t compiled any show notes, since Rev. peas doesn’t show up, they just decide to work on next week’s episode. The two argue what makes a professional sexual predator, the beauty of the fractal dickpussy and the futility of the monarchy.
